We are the Friends of Victoria Park

Friends of Victoria Park (FoVP) is a West Glasgow group set up protect and develop this valuable and popular community asset.

We were established in 2009 so that local people could influence and contribute to the future development and vision of the park and have since been working closely with Glasgow City Council, to protect, conserve the park’s amenities, history, heritage and wildlife.

Our group is currently made up of local people with a wide range of backgrounds and interests who are keen to explore the potential for new activities to revitalise the park, meet the needs of local people and their vision for the park.

The more people we can get to register an interest in what we are trying to do, the greater the overall influence we’ll have in making sure the park is developed to the benefit of the whole community.  Please join us today.
